Don’t be a hero ( mr nice guy). To attract success in business

Nice guys really do finish last. They avoid confrontation, don't speak the truth, and always seek approval from others. Their skin is too thin, and so are easily offended by the slightest. Mostly regrettably they have not organised the chaos of their lives and therefore are not the masters of their lives.

How do we use the principles of eugenics to achieve success in business? Asking questions in an interview usually focuses on the experience of the candidate in front of you. However we should ask more about family history to get an idea of future potential and health concerns. If someone has a history of diabetes or other illness this will have an affect on sick days taken by your candidate. By choosing someone with minimal health conditions in their family history you have a better chance of avoiding lost revenue due to sickness and health problems.

We can also view eugenic principles on intelligence, how they spend their free time (boozy nights will equal degrading performance and sick days taken on Mondays or Fridays) while hobbies will Foster more creativity and ideas. Weekends spent smoking or at festivals or weekend spent at church or mosque will have a dramatic impact on qualities essential to the success o a business. So consider social evils like alcohol, smoking, gambling, drugs, etc.

Jsut as we consider negative traits we should look for positive eugenic traits too. Things already mentioned like health and how they use their time. But also the professions of family members, education, where they go on holiday, religious background, personality types (frequent boasting, confidence, load, quiet etc)

One aspect that has a huge impact is obesity. This will most Lilley have a negative impact on your revenue as they will typically have more health issues over the course of their employment. Obese people are generally more impulsive and lack control over their feelings and emotions. They have lower willpower and are less focused they also display less energy. Either avoid too many peoe like this or encourage them to lose weight and learn willpower and achieving goals you  an get them in touch with a PT or build a corporate gym for your employees
