There are many many children who need the culture of a loving family, and can have such a positive impact on your lives and have their lives changed for the infinite better by a simple desicion you can make today.
It gives people who would otherwise be wonderful parents but for causes not of their own making who have decided it is best not to have kids a chance to be have children and fulfill their potential as parents. It is perhaps the greatest act many people will do in their lives.
An answer to overpopulation
While some must consider the consequences of having children due to genetic factors. There is also a question for others to adopt purely due to the ramifications of overpopulation, possibly the single most contributing factor to global warming and climate change. There are finite resources and space which will be a problem in the near future for the generations to come. Technology will need to increase drastically to the point where we can populate other planets in order for us to not just survive but thrive.
